Common questions

What is Strawberry? A support inbox for a made-up airline, Larkspur Air. Each customer email gets a triage: a topic (baggage, refund, delay and so on), how urgent it is, the airline policy rules that apply, quoted in full, and a drafted reply you can edit and send.

Is Larkspur Air real? Are these real customers? No. The airline, its policy, the customers and their bookings are all invented, so you can try the app without anyone's real data.

How do I try the AI? Tap New ticket, write a customer email (or tap Fill in an example), add it to the inbox, then tap Triage with AI. The sample tickets already have their triage written, so they don't use AI at all.

It says "AI features are paused right now." The AI service is temporarily unavailable on our side. Strawberry still drafts the triage with its built-in rules, without AI, so you can keep working; try AI again later.

It says "That's a lot of tries in a row." Each visitor can run 5 AI triages a minute and 20 a day. Wait a moment, or use Draft without AI, which has no limit.

Does "Send reply" email anyone? No. It marks the reply as sent in your browser. Nothing leaves the page.

Where are my tickets saved? How do I clear them? In your browser only. Reset the sample inbox (at the bottom of the list) removes the tickets you wrote and restores the samples. Clearing your browser's site data does the same.

Can I read the whole policy? Yes: Policy in the top bar opens it. Every rule number in a triage links to its place there.
