Common questions
How does a draft work? Each team bans five champions and picks five, taking turns in the pro order: three bans each, three picks each, two more bans each, then two more picks each. Blue side bans and picks first; red side gets the last pick. Tap a champion (or a suggestion), then tap Ban or Lock in to confirm.
Who am I drafting against? A practice opponent that plays by itself. If you chose a sample team to scout, it plays like them: its players reach for their favourite champions. With No scouting, it plays the strongest picks.
Are the teams and stats real? No. Synapse's original pro match database is gone, so the teams and players are made up and champion numbers are estimates. Treat the advice as practice guidance.
What do the win chance numbers mean? Your chance to win from the draft alone. The breakdown shows where it comes from, in points of win chance: champion strength, teamwork, head-to-head matchups, and blue side's first-pick edge.
What are Tournament, Fearless and Scrim? Tournament is the standard draft. Fearless is a series: champions picked in one game are locked for the rest of it (tap Play game 2 when a draft ends). Scrim lets you Undo your last move.
Why does my report say it was written from the draft numbers? The AI writer was unavailable, or you asked for several reports in a row. You still get a full report built from the same numbers; try again later for an AI-written one.
Where are my drafts saved? Can I open them on another device? Only in the browser you played them in. A draft link opened elsewhere offers to start a fresh draft with that link. Clearing your browser's site data deletes saved drafts.
Is Synapse made by Riot Games? No. Synapse was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
