Blackjack Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Blackjack is made by Kitchen Labs. It's a blackjack table you play in your web browser with pretend chips, against the dealer and computer players. This page says, in plain English, what happens to your information.
The short version
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or anything else about you.
- Your chips and your table settings stay in your own browser.
- There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
- It's pretend chips only: no real money, nothing to buy, win or cash out.
What we handle, and why
Nothing about you. The game runs entirely in your browser. The cards are shuffled and dealt on your device, and the computer players are part of the game, not other people. Nothing about your bets, your hands or your balance is sent to Kitchen Labs or anyone else.
The website itself. Blackjack is hosted by Vercel. Like any website, when your browser loads the page, its pictures and its sounds, Vercel receives the request (your IP address, your browser type and the page asked for) so it can send the page back, and may keep that in its own logs under Vercel's privacy policy. Kitchen Labs doesn't add any tracking of its own and doesn't use those logs to identify you.
What stays in your browser
The game saves a few things in your browser's local storage so they're still there next time:
- your chip balance, your last bet, how many players sit at the table, which rules you chose, and whether the best-play hint is on;
- whether sound is on or off;
- whether you chose light or dark.
They never leave your browser. If you close the page in the middle of a hand, the chips you had bet are handed back to your balance.
To reset, open the Table menu and tap Start over with $1,000. To remove everything, clear this site's data in your browser's settings (or use a private window, which forgets it when you close it).
What we don't do
No advertising, no analytics, no cookies for tracking, no tracking across websites, and no selling or sharing of data. We don't ask for your name, email, location or payment details.
Pretend chips only
Blackjack is a game. The chips have no value: you can't buy them, win money or cash out. If gambling ever stops being fun for you or someone you know, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).
Children
Blackjack is a simulated casino game meant for adults. It isn't directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
