Blackjack Pro Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Blackjack Pro is made by Kitchen Labs. This policy explains what Blackjack Pro collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: you can use the whole trainer without an account, we collect only what's needed to save and sync your progress, we don't sell anything, and we don't track you.
Blackjack Pro uses pretend chips only. It never takes, holds or pays out real money.
Without an account
Everything you do (hands, drills, flashcards, streaks, achievements, settings) is saved on your phone and nowhere else. If you open a leaderboard or ask the coach to explain a play, the app uses an anonymous guest session with no personal details, only so the server can answer and apply daily limits.
With an account
If you create an account (Sign in with Apple or email), we store:
- Account details: your email address (or the private relay address Apple gives us), an account ID, and the display name you choose.
- Your progress: table sessions (hands played, right plays, pretend-chip result), each graded play (your cards, the dealer's card, what you chose and what was right), drill results and scores, which hands you've learned, achievements, daily XP and streaks, and your settings (table rules, daily goal, hint switches).
We keep this so your progress follows you to another phone and so you don't lose it if you reinstall.
Leaderboards (off unless you turn them on)
Leaderboards are off by default. If you turn them on, other players can see your display name and your scores for the daily challenge and the timed drills. Nothing else about you is shown. You can turn them off at any time in Me → Account.
The coach (optional)
When you tap Explain more on a play, the app sends that hand to our server: your cards, the dealer's card, the table rules, the play you chose, the right play and the app's one-line reason. The server asks a third-party AI service to reword that reason in plain English. We send no email address, name or account details, and the AI service does not use this data to train its models. We count how many explanations each account or guest session uses per day (20 a day) so the free service stays fair; the count holds no content.
Who processes it
- Supabase hosts our database, sign-in and server functions.
- A third-party AI service rewords coach explanations, as described above.
- Apple handles Sign in with Apple under its own privacy policy.
We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics tools.
Your choices
- Stay a guest: everything works without an account.
- Delete a session: swipe it in Me → Recent sessions.
- Delete your account: Me → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your Blackjack Pro profile and all of your progress on our server. If you use the same login with another Kitchen Labs app, your login stays until you delete that app's account too; otherwise it's removed as well.
- Questions or requests: write to us through our contact page.
Children
Blackjack Pro is a simulated casino game and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
