Common questions

Is this real gambling? No. Blackjack Pro uses pretend chips only. You can't buy chips, win money or cash out. If you run out, tap Refill my chips for a free $1,000 in pretend chips.

Why was my play marked wrong? Every play is graded against basic strategy for the table rules you picked (tap the rules at the top of the table to see them). Different rules change a few plays. Tap Explain more on the banner for a longer explanation, or open the Chart tab to see every hand.

What is a "count play" (deviation)? A spot where the card count says to make a different play than the chart. They're off by default; turn on Grade count-based plays in Settings if you're learning to count cards.

Do I need an account? No. Everything works on your phone without one. An account keeps your progress in sync across phones and lets you join the leaderboards if you want to.

My progress isn't on my new phone. Sign in with the same Apple ID or email on both phones, then pull down on the Me tab to sync.

How do I delete my account? Me → Account → Delete account. This removes your Blackjack Pro profile and all of your saved progress on our server.
