Common questions

How do I start a game? Open the site on a big screen (a TV or laptop) and choose Host. A room code and a QR code appear. Everyone else scans the code or opens the site on their phone and enters the four letters.

My phone says "Turn your phone sideways". The in-game controller is built for landscape. Rotate your phone and it will appear.

How many people can play? The host screen shows the open seats in the lobby. Empty seats can be filled by computer players.

Someone's phone went to sleep. Did they lose their place? No. Wake the phone and open the room again; the game keeps their seat while the room is live.

The TV reloaded in the middle of a game. Open the same room again on the TV. The game saves its progress as it goes and picks up where it left off.

Why did a character say something generic? When the AI service can't answer in time, characters fall back to written lines. The game plays the same either way.

Can I delete my information? Rooms delete themselves after 24 hours. For anything else, contact us (the Privacy Policy says what we keep).
