Common questions

How do the lessons work? Pick a path on the home page. Each lesson has ten short slides. After slide 5 there's a five-question quiz, and after slide 10 a ten-question final test. Every answer is checked the moment you pick it, and the right answer is always shown with a short explanation. Finish the test and tap Complete lesson to mark it done.

Which lesson should I start with? Money Foundations if you're new to managing money, Budgeting and Building Wealth once you have a regular income, and Investing and Planning Ahead when you have an emergency fund and want to start investing.

Can I change an answer? No. Your first answer counts, so the score is honest. You can retake the final test from the end of the lesson; your best score is kept.

Where is my progress saved? Can I move it to another device? Only in this browser on this device. There are no accounts, so progress doesn't sync. Using a private window, or clearing this site's data, starts you fresh.

How do I start a lesson over? At the end of a lesson, tap Read the slides again to go back to slide 1 with fresh quiz answers (the lesson stays marked as completed). Clearing this site's data in your browser resets everything.

How does the calculator work? Stack Your Future assumes your money grows by the yearly return you choose, compounded monthly, with your monthly amount added at the end of each month. The example rates (savings 2%, CD 3.5%, bonds 4%, index fund 7%) are illustrations, not promises: real returns change, and stock funds can lose money in some years. Reach a goal shows how long a target takes, and Budget compares your spending with the 50/30/20 guide.

Why did the tutor say it's unavailable? The AI service may be busy, paused or unreachable, or you've asked a lot of questions in a short time (the tutor allows 6 a minute and 40 a day). You'll always get links to the lessons that cover your question, and everything else on the site keeps working.

Is this financial advice? No. Everything here is educational. For decisions about your own money, talk to a qualified professional.
