Lumina Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Lumina is made by Kitchen Labs. It's a free website that explains professional VALORANT matches round by round. This page says, in plain English, what happens to your information.
The short version
- There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.
- The match data is bundled with the site. Nothing you do in Lumina is saved by Kitchen Labs.
- If you ask the AI coach a question, the question and a few lines of match numbers are sent to a third-party AI service to write the answer, then thrown away.
What we handle, and why
Questions to the AI coach (only when you ask one). When you press send in Ask the coach, or a button such as Coach's take or Get the coach's review, your browser sends to Lumina's server (hosted by Vercel): your question (or which match or round you picked), the page you're looking at, and your last few messages in the chat. The server adds a short summary of the match numbers and passes it to a third-party AI service to write the answer. Kitchen Labs does not store your questions or the answers. Our AI provider does not use them to train its models, and may keep them for up to 30 days to check for abuse.
Please don't type personal details into your questions.
A fair-use limit. To keep the AI coach free for everyone, the server counts how many AI answers each internet (IP) address has asked for in the last hour. The count lives only in the server's memory, is never written to a database, and disappears within an hour.
Hosting logs. Like any website, our host Vercel records standard request logs (such as the page requested, the time and your IP address) to run and protect the service.
What stays in your browser
Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. Nothing else is stored.
What we don't do
No advertising, no analytics tools, no cookies for tracking, no selling or sharing of data. We don't ask for your name, email, location or anything else.
About the data shown
Lumina shows public professional match results (VCT Americas 2024 and 2025) from GRID's esports feed: team names, player handles and in-game statistics. It holds no private information about the players.
Children
Lumina is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from them.
