Titan is a strength workout log made by Kitchen Labs. It's a logbook, not a social network: nothing you log is shared with other people, there are no ads, and nothing is tracked across other apps or websites.

Without an account

Everything stays on your iPhone. Your workouts, routines, exercises and body weight are stored on the device only. Kitchen Labs never receives them.

With an account (optional)

If you sign in (with Apple or with email), Titan backs up your logbook to Kitchen Labs' server so it survives a new phone and stays the same on each device you sign in on. We store:

  • Your email address and an account ID, to sign you in.
  • Your training log: workouts, sets (weight, reps, time, distance, effort), notes, routines, folders and any exercises you create or edit.
  • Your body-weight entries, including ones Titan read from Apple Health (see below).
  • Your settings that affect your log, like your weight unit.

This data is used only to run Titan for you. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone. It's stored with Supabase (our database host) in the United States, and each account can only read its own rows.

Apple Health

Health access is optional and off until you turn it on in Settings.

  • Saving: when on, each finished workout is saved to Health as a strength-training workout.
  • Reading: Titan reads your latest body weight so bodyweight exercises (like pull-ups) count toward your totals. If you're signed in, that body weight is backed up with your log as above.

Health data is never used for advertising or shared with anyone, and never stored in iCloud by Titan. You can turn access off at any time in the Health app under Sharing → Apps → Titan.

Notifications and Live Activities

The rest timer can show a countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and can send a notification when your rest is over. These are made on your iPhone; nothing is sent to us.

Deleting your data

  • Signing out asks whether to keep your log on this iPhone or erase it.
  • Delete account (Settings → Account) permanently deletes your Titan data from our server. If you don't use any other Kitchen Labs app with the same login, the login itself is deleted too. This can't be undone.
  • Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device.

Children

Titan isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
